Karla Robles is a director at Duo/, where she leads community engagement and experience design. Her work centers on empowering individuals through education and civic involvement, creating innovative experiences that elevate voices and strengthen collective realities. Previously, she was a design researcher at Doblin, a high school teacher, and served with Senator Durbin’s office, focusing on education policy and legislative affairs. Karla also served as an AmeriCorps VISTA supporting parent engagement and activation. She holds bachelor’s degrees from Loyola University Chicago and an associate’s degree from Harper College.
