Hillary Carey, PhD, is a designer, researcher, and leadership coach focused on participatory design and collective visioning. A graduate of Carnegie Mellon’s Transition Design program, she explores how design futures can help communities tell compelling stories of their efforts toward social change. Her practice centers on collaboration, reflection, and imagination as tools for envisioning better systems and shared futures. Hillary works across disciplines to equip leaders and organizations with creative methods for collective transformation and long-term impact.
