Ami is a design researcher passionate about the potential of collective imagination in civic life. Through play and immersive storytelling, she shifts the focus from problem-solving to celebrating community wisdom and dreaming. She has collaborated with the City of Boston, public school districts across the U.S., and non-profits from Singapore to the Dominican Republic on civic engagement, educational equity, and community resilience. At Harvard, where she is pursuing a Master in Design Studies, her work explores how critical research, worldbuilding, and interactive experiences bring people together to rediscover wonder in overlooked places.
